With 48 years in nursing and practicing aesthetics since 2001, Cynthia Moore RN is dedicated to deliver the best possible, realistic outcomes. She also believes in empowering her patients with education and knowledge to improve their skin. Cynthia has learned aesthetic medicine throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Central America.

In her own words: “I am keenly aware that the cost of these procedures are out of pocket and so I will always consider one’s budget to deliver that wow results.”

Cynthia continued “I love what I do and I feel a great sense of responsibility to patients. I always strive to deliver that awesomely confident, natural look. I will continue to update my skill sets by learning and being informed of the different advancements in technology and protocols.”

Melissa Steeber, RN is passionate about transforming skin and helping her patients achieve their goals. Melissa has 20 years of experience as a licensed aesthetician and her commitment is to help patients look their best whether they want to clarify their complexions, reverse signs of aging, or enhance their natural beauty.

In her own words: “it’s all about healthy skin and balance. When you come to Neoderma, we become a team, we work together to reverse the damage to your skin from daily life and it has been my mission to research what’s out there so I can provide the best tools to promote healthy and radiant skin. I also enjoy doing lips because of instant gratification. A little volume can go a long way. It’s fun.”

She went on, “I also enjoy helping clear acne and improving acne scars as they can have such a negative effect on a person’s confidence. The same goes for treating melasma it’s such a joy to help people feel more comfortable in their own skin and boosting confidence. I love being a part of that.”

Johanna Hall, PA, is a dedicated and highly skilled Physician Assistant at Neoderma Medspa in Anaheim, bringing a compassionate approach and clinical excellence to every patient interaction. With a strong foundation in medical training and years of hands-on experience in aesthetic medicine, Johanna specializes in advanced injectable treatments, skin rejuvenation therapies, and personalized cosmetic care plans. Her keen eye for balance and proportion, combined with a deep commitment to patient safety, allows her to deliver natural-looking results that enhance confidence and celebrate individuality.

Johanna believes in educating and empowering her patients, taking time to listen to their goals and tailor treatments that align with their lifestyle and aesthetic vision. At Neoderma, she is known for her warm bedside manner, meticulous technique, and dedication to staying on the cutting edge of industry advancements. Sheri is a board-certified Physician Associate who completed her Master of Health Science degree in Physician Associate Studies during the hardships of the COVID-19 pandemic. “What motivates me is a sense of accomplishment that I get from having a positive impact on my patients’ lives while at the same time growing personally and professionally as a PA…I’m passionate about helping my patients look and feel their very best!”

Katrina Espana (Santos) RN has a passion for helping others. Whether it is working in the hospital or in aesthetics. Katrina has been a nurse for almost 9 years and the ultimate purpose in her life is to help people feel great mentally, physically and spiritually.

She strives to help patients look their best and enhance their natural beauty so that patients can feel confident in their own skin. Some of Katrina’s favorite treatments are: Botox, dermal fillers, tattoo removal, laser hair removal, Secret RF, carboxytherapy and skin tag removal.
