What can a chemical peel do for my skin?

Peels exfoliate away dull, damaged surface layers to improve tone, texture, pigmentation, and fine lines. We carry two tiers:

 Superficial “lunchtime” peelsMedium-depth peels
The peelsSkinBetter AlphaRet · ZO StimulatorSkinCeuticals Smart TCA · ZO 3-Step

DowntimeNone — mild redness or tightness for 2–3 daysVisible peeling from day 2–5, lasting 7–10 days

For pigment or texture goals, plan on a superficial peel every 4–8 weeks as part of your regimen.

Vi Peel: which tier is right for me?

The Vi Peel is a medical-grade chemical peel — a synergistic blend of TCA, retinoic acid, salicylic acid, phenol, and vitamin C — that improves tone, texture, and clarity with virtually no pain during treatment. It's safe for all skin tones, takes about 20 minutes, and involves roughly 7 days of light peeling. We carry three tiers, each with a booster targeted to a specific concern:

Vi PeelBest forPrice
PurifyAcne-prone & oily skin — adds salicylic acid and benzethonium chloride to clear active breakouts, control oil, and calm inflammation.$375
AdvancedAnti-aging — boosted with retinoic acid and peptides to smooth fine lines, firm, and stimulate collagen for younger-looking skin.$400
Precision Plus PeptidesStubborn pigment — targets melasma, sun damage, and dark spots with a brightening booster plus peptides for a more even, radiant tone.$425

How does LED light therapy work?

LED — light-emitting diodes — send energy-producing packets of light into the deeper layers of the skin. Red light stimulates the fibroblasts responsible for producing collagen, which gives young skin its plump look; blue light kills the bacteria in the skin responsible for acne. We use the LED mask to treat acne, rejuvenate skin, soften fine lines, and calm redness — as a finishing step after facials and more aggressive treatments, or as a $50–$75 add-on to any facial.

How much do facials and peels cost in Anaheim?

Facials run $150–$250 per the menu above, with add-ons from $25. Vi Peels are $375–$425 by tier (Purify $375, Advanced $400, Precision Plus Peptides $425). Your exact quote comes with a written plan at your consultation, before any treatment.

My skin always glows after my silkpeel facial.

I'm so happy I found Melissa and the team at Neoderma. My skin always glows after my silkpeel facial and they've done wonders with my wrinkles using Botox and dermal fillers. Love them! wouldn't go anywhere else.

The results with the skin on my face is spectacular.

I've been going there for a year every month, and I'm impressed with the great service they've provided. The results with the skin on my face is spectacular and I love how it looks compared to before when I first started my treatments. Facials, peels & LED FAQ

How much do facials cost at Neoderma?

Our facials range $150–$250: the Balance Facial is $150, the Anti-Acne Facial $225, DiamondGlow $215, and the Ultimate Anti-Aging Facial $225. Add-ons include extractions ($50), an oxygen blast ($35), the LED mask ($50–$75), and a ZO brightening sheet mask ($25). Financing is available through Cherry and CareCredit.

Which facial is best for acne?

The Anti-Acne Facial ($225) — a clarifying deep-clean for congested skin with extractions, a calming clay tea-tree mask, and blue-light LED to kill acne-causing bacteria. For acne scarring left behind after breakouts clear, ask about Secret RF microneedling.

Is there downtime after a chemical peel?

Not with our superficial "lunchtime" peels — you can return to your day immediately, with at most mild redness or tightness for 2–3 days and no visible peeling. Medium-depth peels are different: expect visible peeling starting 2–5 days after treatment and lasting 7–10 days.

Is DiamondGlow safe for all skin types?

Yes — DiamondGlow is superficial, safe for all skin types, and delivers immediate results in one treatment. Let our skincare specialist know if you're pregnant, breastfeeding, or have allergies that might affect your serum selection.

What does LED light therapy actually do?

LED sends energy-producing packets of light into the deeper layers of the skin. Red light stimulates the fibroblasts that produce collagen — plumping fine lines and speeding recovery — while blue light kills the bacteria responsible for acne. We use the LED mask as a finishing therapy or as a $50–$75 facial add-on.

Am I a candidate for a medium-depth peel?

Medium-depth peels (SkinCeuticals Smart TCA, ZO 3-Step) require pre-conditioning your skin with a retinoid for at least 4 weeks first, so they're planned with our skincare specialist. If you haven't pre-conditioned but want results now, we'll start you with a superficial peel instead.

How often should I get a facial?

Every 4–6 weeks is the sweet spot — that matches your skin's natural renewal cycle, so each treatment builds on the last. For pigment or texture goals with peels, we recommend one every 4–8 weeks as part of a plan from our skincare specialist.
