When is Botox Cosmetic Day 2026?

Botox Cosmetic Day 2026 is Wednesday, November 18, 2026. Allergan Aesthetics holds it on the third Wednesday of November every year, and November 18 is that Wednesday in 2026. In past years the offer opened at 9 a.m. Pacific and ran while supplies lasted.

The event is now a fixture on the National Day Registry. 2025 marked the seventh annual Botox Cosmetic Day, held Wednesday, November 19, 2025, and it followed the same shape: a limited run of discounted gift cards released through Allē in the morning, gone the same day once stock ran out. That history is the only reason we can tell you what to expect for 2026 — the 2026 start time and the final terms have not been published yet.

One practical note: November 18 is a Wednesday, which at Neoderma is a 9–5 day. If you want an appointment in that week, it is worth calling before the day rather than after.

What is the Botox Day offer, and how do I get it?

Allergan's 2026 promotions calendar lists a buy-one-get-one gift card deal for November 18: Allē members buy one $50 BOTOX Cosmetic gift card and get a second $50 card free, so $100 in credit for $50. The cards are sold by Allē, not by Neoderma.

1. 1Join Allē before the day. Allē is Allergan's free rewards program, and the gift card offer is for members only. Signing up early means you are not creating an account while the stock is counting down.
2. 2Buy on Wednesday, November 18. Open the Allē app or website and purchase the gift card bundle. Allergan sets the price, the start time, and the quantity — and in past years it ran only while supplies lasted.
3. 3Bring the cards to your appointment at Neoderma. We apply them to your treatment total at checkout. You can book your visit before or after November 18 — the cards are redeemed at the appointment, not on the day you buy them.

How do I use the gift cards at Neoderma?

Bring your Allē gift cards to your appointment and we apply them to your treatment total at checkout, the same as any other Allē offer. In past years each card was worth $50 off a BOTOX Cosmetic treatment at a participating provider, subject to your provider finding you a candidate.

That last clause matters and we will not soften it: a gift card is not a prescription. Your provider reviews your medical history and your goals first, and if Botox isn't the right treatment for you, we will say so. Allē points you earn on the visit stack with our regular pricing, so the cards and the program work together.

Botox Cosmetic Day is Allergan's event, not ours. Neoderma is one of many participating Allē provider offices where the cards can be redeemed — we are not a sponsor of the promotion and we have no say in its price, its timing, or its supply. Here is the clean split:

What can you put the gift cards toward?

Anything we treat with Botox. Most people picture frown lines and crow's feet, but the same neurotoxin softens a gummy smile, slims a jawline, relaxes neck bands, and flips a lip. These are real Neoderma patients — individual results vary.

We also treat hyperhidrosis — excessive underarm sweating — with Botox, which is a larger-unit treatment and priced accordingly. We don't have a before/after worth publishing for it yet, so ask at your consultation and we'll walk you through units and cost.

What does Botox cost at Neoderma?

Botox is $12.95 per unit at Neoderma, so a typical frown-line treatment of about 20 units runs roughly $259. Dysport is $4.25 per unit and Daxxify $6.50 — their units measure differently, so totals come out comparable. You get a clear estimate before anything is injected.

Your total is a function of units, and units are a function of your anatomy rather than a menu price. How do I stack the savings?

There are three separate discounts in play on Botox Cosmetic Day, and they come from two different places. Two are Allergan's, one is ours.

Our $25 code stacks on top of whatever you bring from Allē — that part is entirely up to us, and the answer is yes. The two Allēoffers are Allergan's to govern, and their terms can limit members to one offer per transaction, so treat combining those two as something to confirm in the Allē app rather than a promise from us. Bring everything you have to the appointment and we'll apply whatever is valid.

What if I miss it, or the cards sell out?

Nothing is lost. Supply is limited and outside our control, so plan for the possibility. First-time Botox patients at Neoderma get $65 off by signing up with Allē before the visit — a larger discount than one $50 card — and our $12.95 per unit price does not change on November 18.

Allergan's 2026 calendar also lists a separate Allē offer running the whole month, November 1–30, 2026: refer a friend to Allē and you both get $50 off an Allē product or treatment. That one is not tied to November 18, so it is a reasonable fallback if the gift cards are gone by the time you open the app.

Should I book before or after November 18?

Either works. The gift cards are bought on November 18 but redeemed at your appointment, so you can book any date that suits you. If you want to look your best for holiday photos, book early: Botox takes 3 to 7 days to appear, with full smoothing typically visible around 10 to 14 days.

Results last about 3–4 months, and up to 6 months with Daxxify, so a treatment in the second half of November carries you through the holidays and well into spring. The honest answer for Botox Day specifically: book the appointment when it suits your calendar, then buy the cards on the 18th if they are still available. Holding an appointment hostage to a promotion you cannot control is a bad trade.
